An electrician by trade, JD has worked in nearly every aspect of the construction industry. His sharp technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to solve even the most complex construction challenges shine through in the quality craftsmanship that defines Team Delva’s work. From framing to finish work, JD ensures every home meets a standard of excellence.
Bridgette Delva brings a powerful combination of professional experience and hometown pride to Team Delva.
A proud Ocala native, she has also lived in Orlando, Atlanta, and San Francisco, building a successful 20-year career in the corporate world. Bridgette held executive-level roles across multiple industries before deciding to return to her roots and focus full-time on the mission of Team Delva.
Her transition from corporate leadership to community real estate was driven by a passion for creating opportunity and delivering high-quality housing for local families. Bridgette now dedicates her business acumen, strategic vision, and love for her hometown to building better neighborhoods in Ocala.
